With more than 23 years of coaching experience, Coach Henry is dedicated to developing confident, disciplined players while building meaningful relationships with athletes and families. His coaching philosophy combines technical development, mentorship, accountability, and a strong family-first culture.

As the founder of Rangers FUT Academy and Head Coach of the Methuen High School Boys Varsity program, Henry brings extensive experience across youth and high school soccer. A former collegiate player at UMass Boston, he is passionate about helping players grow both on and off the field while fostering a positive, competitive environment where every athlete can reach their potential.
